Designed on a seafront site in Karaburun, this private residence has a total planned construction area of approximately 400 m². The architectural design responds to the sloping terrain and panoramic sea views. Expansive glazing, timber façade elements, and terraces arranged at different levels establish a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The building's stepped configuration follows the natural topography, while landscaped areas and outdoor living spaces complement a contemporary architectural approach that responds to its coastal setting.
