Designed on a 26,522 m² site in Tepebaşı, Eskişehir, the project is a mixed-use development integrating residential, retail, and office functions, with a planned total construction area of 57,775 m². The architectural design and detailed design documentation were substantially developed for a scheme comprising 90 residential units averaging 220 m², 42 offices averaging 120 m², and retail units of approximately 260 m² with dedicated storage areas. The horizontal commercial base, residential buildings, and office blocks were conceived through a cohesive architectural approach, complemented by contemporary façade design, landscaped spaces, pedestrian circulation, and parking facilities.
