Located in Gölbaşı, Ankara, the project comprises four independent villas, each situated on a site of approximately 3,000 m². Designed around a single-story courtyard concept, each residence offers approximately 500 m² of usable floor area, including five bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, and a guest suite. The architectural layout orients the living spaces and selected bedrooms toward an internal courtyard, combining privacy with outdoor living. The organization of all residential functions on a single level around the central courtyard defines the project's architectural approach.
