Developed for Gölbaşı Municipality to serve the Yeşilçam and Akarsu neighborhoods in the Oyaca area of Gölbaşı, Ankara, the architectural design proposal envisions a single-story public building with 750 m² of enclosed floor area on an approximately 1,600 m² site. In addition to administrative offices, the design includes a 200 m² multipurpose hall, bringing together local administrative services and spaces for social and cultural activities. Accessibility, functional spatial organization, and shared community spaces form the key considerations of the design.
