Commissioned by the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ) and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, the project was designed to renew the existing commercial district in Of, Trabzon. With a total construction area of 12,037.08 m², the development comprises 94 retail units and 27 offices. The architectural approach responds to the region's traditional character through low-rise buildings, pitched roofs, façade compositions inspired by local architecture, and arched passageways. Pedestrian streets, public squares, and landscaped areas connect the commercial units, reinterpreting the existing bazaar function within a contemporary urban setting.
