Commissioned by the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ) and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, the project was designed as a new bazaar in the terminal area of Of, Trabzon, occupying an approximately 6,000 m² site with a total construction area of 11,700 m². Comprising approximately 30 retail units, 27 storage units, parking facilities, and ancillary spaces, the project combines traditional bazaar architecture with contemporary functional requirements. Pitched roofs, wide eaves, and a courtyard-based layout define the architectural approach, while pedestrian streets, public squares, and waterfront-oriented open spaces create an integrated urban environment supporting both commercial and social activities.
