Commissioned by TOKİ and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, this urban renewal project offers a contemporary interpretation of traditional Istanbul residential architecture. Rhythmic window arrangements, projecting balconies, pronounced roof overhangs, and contrasting façade materials define the architectural identity of the buildings. Street-oriented commercial units, landscaped residential entrances, and well-defined outdoor spaces create a cohesive neighborhood environment. With a total construction area of approximately 58,340 m², the project comprises 482 residential units and 44 commercial units.
