Developed in Ankara's Gölbaşı Gerder district under the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ) and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, the project was designed as a large-scale residential development comprising 2,190 housing units across a 765,000 m² site, with a total residential construction area of 295,501.48 m². The first phase includes 564 residential units in 60 blocks. The architectural approach emphasizes a human scale through low-rise buildings, pitched roofs, wide eaves, and natural material tones. The relationship between residential buildings, gardens, and open spaces is reinforced by landscape design and pedestrian circulation, creating a cohesive residential environment.
